Restoring Neighborhood Spirit Through Community Action
Belhaven Heights Community Association is the homeowners' association for Belhaven Heights. We work with property owners and residents to improve Belhaven Heights and through code enforcement, promotions and green space enhancement.  We work to make our neighborhood a great place to live.  Our committee work includes neighborhood clean-up, code enforcement, and a new neighborhood park project for the property at the south end of Madison.
