The Belhaven Garden Club in partnership with the Greater Belhaven Foundation organizes this annual neighborhood block party- a fun, festive, family-friendly event for neighbors to come together and celebrate Halloween! The event is held on the closed-off block of Belvoir Place, which is transformed into a spooky wonderland with Halloween-themed decorations, lights, music, carnival games and food trucks. Children can trick-or-treat, and pets can enter Chipper & Coco's pet costume contest. Belhaven Boo provides neighbors with a safe and fun fall evening. We hope you'll join us! $3 general admission for children and adults.
