The Greater Belhaven Foundation's (GBF) Belhaven Mountain Bike Trails and the Jackson Trail Club are excited to announce the 4th annual Belhaven Hills Classic! The Belhaven Hills Classic consists of a 16k and 8k road and trail race through Greater Belhaven, a 1-mile Kid's "Fun Run” and a 1-mile Adult "Bier" Run, which will take place at the Belhaven Town Center and course through Belhaven Neighborhood and along the Museum Trail.

The Belhaven Hills Classic will be held during Fertile Ground’s Oktoberfest on October 10th and will kick-off the day full of family-friendly festivities. The Belhaven Hills Classic was created by the Jackson Trail Club in conjunction with the Greater Belhaven Foundation's Belhaven Mountain Biking Trails Committee to highlight our neighborhood’s historic homes, beautiful gardens, vibrant businesses, welcoming parks and trails, and promote healthy outdoor recreational opportunities in Greater Belhaven and in the City of Jackson.

Funds raised from this event benefit the ongoing maintenance and development of Greater Belhaven's Parks and Trails, including the Museum Trail, the Belhaven Mountain Biking Trails, Belhaven Heights Park, Belhaven Art Park, and Laurel Street Park, all of which remain free and open to the public. The Greater Belhaven Foundation is a 501 c3 and all sponsorships are tax deductible. Race logistics will be coordinated by MS Race Timing.
